Oat Cake with Carrots, Apricots and Raisins
4. Baking:
– Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F).
– Grease a 19cm (7.5in) baking pan with oil.
– Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.
– Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Cooling and Serving:
– Allow the cake to cool completely before removing from the pan.
– Slice and serve.
