One of the things I’ve been really trying to do is to stop eating “processed foods”. What does that mean exactly?

1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar (I used white)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
