otus Biscoff Dessert Cups

Things needed:
Lotus Biscoff biscuits, 200g, by Ezoic
330 milliliters of milk
Enough custard powder for 1.5 teaspoons
“Custard” calls for one spoonful of sugar.
An amount of 300 milliliters of heavy cream
whipped cream: 1 tablespoon of sugar
Ezoic A dash of vanilla extract or powder
What to do:
Get the Biscuit Crumbs Ready: In a food processor or a ziplock bag, smash the Lotus Biscoff biscuits until they are finely ground into crumbs. Discard the crumbs.
In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and about a quarter of the milk. Add the custard powder and stir until dissolved.
Put 1 tablespoon of sugar and the rest of the milk into a saucepan. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
