In a saucepan, combine the milk and custard ingredients. While stirring continuously, cook the mixture over medium heat until it thickens. Take it off the stove and let it to cool till room temperature.
Whip the Cream: In a separate dish, mix the heavy cream, sugar (about 1 tablespoon), and vanilla extract (or powder) until smooth.
Form firm peaks by whisking the mixture. To make things go more quickly, you may use an electric mixer.
Get a piping bag ready with a nozzle so you can easily layer.
Layer biscuit crumbs in the bottom of each dessert cup to begin assembling them.
Spread the custard on top of the crumbled biscuits.
Afterwards, add an additional layer of crumbled biscuits.
Spread the biscuit crumbs with whipped cream.
As a finishing touch, scatter some biscuit crumbs on top.
Put the dessert cups in the fridge for at least an hour to let the flavors combine and the layers harden before serving. This is the Ezoic Chill and Serve method.
