Peach Raspberry Cheesecake

For the Peach Raspberry Swirl:

1/2 cup peach jam
1/2 cup raspberry jam
Fresh peach slices and raspberries for topping

For the Topping:

1 cup whipped cream
Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix together your graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for about 10 minutes.
While the crust is baking, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream until blended.
Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the baked crust. Arrange peach slices over the top, then pour the remaining cheesecake mixture over them.
