For the Lasagna:

1 box pre-cooked lasagna noodles (about 1 lb or 500 g) π
7 oz sliced ham (200 g) π
7 oz mozzarella cheese (200 g) π§
2 oz grated Parmesan cheese (50 g) π§
For the Bechamel Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter π§
4 tbsp all-purpose flour πΎ
6 cups milk (1.5 liters) π₯
1 small can of heavy cream (about 7 oz or 200 ml) π₯«
