Add the sliced mushrooms to the simmering broth. Cook for 3–5 minutes, or until they start to soften.
Add Potstickers:
Gently place the frozen potstickers into the broth. Allow them to cook according to the package instructions, usually about 5–7 minutes, or until they float and are fully heated through.
Add Bok Choy:
Stir in the chopped bok choy and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes, or until the bok choy is tender but still bright green.
Adjust the Seasoning:
Taste the soup and add more soy sauce if needed for flavor. You can also add a pinch of salt or a dash of sesame oil for extra depth.
