Step 1: Prepare the Oven and Pan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and black pepper.
In another bowl, whisk the olive oil, milk, and eggs until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined (do not overmix).
Step 3: Add Fillings
Gently fold in the chopped prosciutto, Camembert cubes, and grated Parmesan.
Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
Step 4: Bake the Loaf
Place the loaf in the preheated oven and bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 5: Serve
Slice and serve warm or at room temperature. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired.
Tips
Add Herbs: Chopped fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary can be added to the batter for an extra flavor boost.
Storing: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze slices individually wrapped.
