Puff pastry sticks with ham and cheese only 4 ingredients

Second layer of filling:
Spread the remaining sour cream on half of the folded puff pastry.
Add the remaining diced ham and grated cheese on top.

Fold the uncoated half of the puff pastry over the second layer of filling, again creating a folded rectangle.
Cut and twist:
Cut the filled puff pastry into strips.
Carefully twist each strip into a spiral shape.
