Raspberry Cheesecake Thumbprint Cookies
1. Make the Dough
– In a big bowl, mix the butter and sugar until it’s light and fluffy.
– Gradually add the flour until it forms a soft dough. Cover the dough and chill it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat and Shape
– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
– Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
– Use your thumb or the back of a spoon to make an indentation in the center of each ball.
