I think I might be about to enter another serious concert phase.
Sniff a Ritz or any other buttery cookie. (Yes, the store brand is absolutely fine.) Next, ham, Swiss cheese, butter, Dijon mustard,
Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, poppy seeds, and chopped onion. Doesn’t that make sense yet? Will be.Put 1/2 of of those crackers in a baking dish and pinnacle every with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Then place another cookie on top. This is the sandwich part. (You may have guessed it by now).
*ingredients
°48 Ritz cookies
°8 slices of deli ham
°8 slices of Swiss cheese
°4 tablespoons melted butter
°2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
°1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
°1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
°1 teaspoon of poppy seeds
°1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
* Methods :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F .
Place half the cookies in a 9″ x 13″ baking dish, flat side down.
Cut the ham into small strips and arrange them on each cookie.
Cutting cheese into 1 inch pieces and place one on every piece of ham/cracker. Place another cookie on top to form a small sandwich.
Mix the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder into the melted butter, then drizzle it evenly over your cookie sandwich.
Sprinkle poppy seeds and chopped onion evenly on top.
Bake until cheese melts and topping is golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
