Salmon Leek & Spinach Crumble
Flavors Revisited: Salmon Crumble with Spinach and Leeks 🌿🐟
Ingredients :
500 g of salmon fillet
2 leeks , leaned out
100 grams of spinach sprouts
2 tablespoons of liquid cream
100 gm of cold butter
80 grams of hat
50g of grated cheese (emmental or county)
Sel, poivre
Preparation:
1. Preparation of vegetables:
Return the leek and spinach in a pan with a sieve of oil. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Add the Liquid cream, salt and pepper.
