Shrimp & Teriyaki Steak Noodles

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Return the cooked steak to the skillet. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the steak and shrimp noodles hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
