PREPARATION
Grate the pumpkin and remove as much liquid as possible.
Mix the grated pumpkin with the salt, eggs, oil, parmesan, water and flour.
Add a little baking powder and mix until you have a nice thick dough.
Dip a teaspoon of dough into the boiling oil and fry for about 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
