⅓ cup + 2 tbsp whole milk
Brioche Dough:
⅓ cup + 1 tbsp whole milk
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 ½ tsp active dry yeast
1 egg, room temperature
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ¼ tsp salt
3 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
