Swiss brioche for a snack

Preparation:
Step: 1
In the bowl of the bread machine, pour the milk, melted butter, sugar and beaten egg. Add the flour and yeast. Start the dough program.

Step: 2
In a salad bowl, whisk the yolks with the sugar and cornstarch. Gradually add the warm milk and vanilla. Cook over medium heat until thickened.

Step: 3
Remove your risen dough from the machine. Roll it out into a large rectangle 5 mm thick, on a floured work surface.

Step: 4

Spread half of the rectangle with pastry cream and then spread the chocolate chips.
