Making the Dough

Mix the wet ingredients In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, sour cream, salt, sugar, dry yeast, egg and oil. Beat with a whisk until all the ingredients are well melted and combined.
Add the flour:
Gradually add the flour to the mixture. Start mixing with a spoon and then knead the dough with your hands. The dough should be soft and pull away from the sides of the bowl. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour until you get the desired consistency.
Let the dough rise:
When the dough is ready, lightly grease it and return it to the bowl. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth or plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until it has doubled in size.

In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese (or young cheese), sugar, cornstarch and raisins. Mix the mixture well until all the ingredients are completely incorporated. Set the filling aside while you work with the dough. Shape

Spread on the dough:
Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). In a small bowl, mix the egg yolks and milk. Brush the mixture over the risen dough. Sprinkle the sprinkles evenly over the entire surface.
Bake:

Place the pogača bag in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the dough is cooked through.

Serve
while cooling:
After baking, remove the Pogača Cornet from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool completely.

Enjoy:
Serve Cornet Pogača warm or at room temperature. It can be enjoyed neat or with a cup of coffee or tea.
