Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of cubed steak (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Cubed Steak
  1. In a shallow dish, combine the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Dredge each piece of cubed steak in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Step 2: Brown the Steak
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the cubed steak to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
