The Savory Breakfast Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced ham or cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan generously with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.

2. Prepare the Batter

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham or bacon, diced bell peppers, diced onions, chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper.
