The Savory Breakfast Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced ham or cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan generously with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
2. Prepare the Batter
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham or bacon, diced bell peppers, diced onions, chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper.
