Vegetable tart: easy to make and perfect for a delicious dinner
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a pie pan or tart pan with a little oil or butter.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until golden and fragrant.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and sauté for a few minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the flour and milk. Mix well until you have a smooth dough without any lumps.
Add the grated cheese to the dough and mix again.
Pour the dough over the vegetables sautéed in the pan, making sure they are evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture to the greased pan and spread evenly.
