What is the “100 sickness point” and why it should be stimulated every day!!

Acupressure is an ancient technique originating from Eastern countries, and which is now appreciated and practiced all over the world. It consists of stimulating specific points of the body to obtain health benefits.

According to traditional Chinese medicine, our body has about 365 points and 12 main meridians. What we are going to describe in this article is undoubtedly one of the most important.

Present in Chinese and Japanese traditions (where it is called respectively “longevity point” and “100 points of illness”), if stimulated by acupressure techniques, this point can offer us many benefits for our health.
The Su Zan Li point is located just below the kneecap. To find the exact point, place your right hand on your right knee and do the same with the other side of your body. The point is located between the tip of the ring finger and the little finger, between the bones.
