White navy bean soup 2 large while onions chopped 4 garlic cloves chopped 3 cans white navy beans(I used canned you can use dry ,if you use dry it’d 2 cups soaked over night) 4 carrots chopped 3 stalks celery 2 Yukon potatoes chopped (optional) 1 tbsp paprika 3 tbsp tomatoe paste 4 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper 2 bay leaves In a large pot pour olive sauté onions, garlic, potatoes , celery and carrots. Sauté for 10 mins. Add beans and tomatoe paste. Cover with boiling water. Enough to cover the beans. Add all the spices. Boil for 30 mins if you used canned, and 1 hour if you used dry.
