Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of cubed steak (about 6 ounces each)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Cubed Steak
- In a shallow dish, combine the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dredge each piece of cubed steak in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Step 2: Brown the Steak
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the cubed steak to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
