How to make zucchini cordon bleu
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into slices of about half a centimeter.
Step 2
Layer a slice of cheese and ham on top of the zucchini slice.
Step 3
Place a second slice of zucchini on top and close like a sandwich.
Step 4
Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Now first coat the stuffed zucchini in flour and then dip them in the beaten eggs.
Step 5
Coat the zucchini in breadcrumbs. Dip them again in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Heat oil in a skillet until it reaches about 350°F, checking with a thermometer. Fry in the hot oil for a few minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
