INGREDIENTS

4 courgettes (800g)
200g (1.9 cups) breadcrumbs
250g (2.5 cups) Gouda cheese
1 teaspoon (6g) salt
1 teaspoon (2g) pepper
150g (1.5 cup) Parmesan cheese + 20g for coating
3 eggs
30g (1.2 cup) parsley
300g (2 cups) ham
