Potato and Cheese Fritters

Ingredients
3 potatoes
Water (for boiling potatoes)
Bunch of green parsley, chopped
Salt, pepper, and paprika (to taste)
3 tablespoons cornstarch
120g of your favorite cheese, grated
2 chicken eggs
About 150g flour
Approximately 150g breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
Prepare Potatoes: Peel and chop the potatoes. Cook them in boiling water until tender, then drain.
Mash Potatoes: Mash the cooked potatoes until smooth.
Season: Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
