Ingredients:
– 2 cups finely chopped cabbage
– 1 medium onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 teaspoon cumin powder
– 1 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup water (as needed)
– Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cabbage Mixture:
– In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, onion, garlic, and parsley. Mix well.
