Chocolate Chip Donuts: A Delicious Breakfast Recipe

Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in a glass of milk at room temperature.
In a bowl, mix the flours, sugar, yeast and milk mixture and a little vanilla.
Mix for a few minutes.
Whisk the eggs and add them to the mixture.
Knead for a few minutes until the eggs are completely absorbed by the dough.
Now add the ricotta little by little.
Mix for 10 minutes.
Finally, add the chocolate chips.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for 3 hours.
After the rising time, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and make a few donuts using a cookie cutter.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise again for another hour.
Bake at 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
Decorate with powdered sugar before serving.
