 Recipe Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets 6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped 4 tablespoons of butter. 2 tablespoons of the olive oil Juice of 1 lemon 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Lemon slices for decoration (optional) Instructions: Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets to the pan, skin down, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Then flip the steaks and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cooked to the point. Take the salmon fillets out of the pan and reserve them. In the same skillet, reduce heat to half and add butter. Let it melt slowly.
