Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 pound potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preparing the Ingredients:
- Wash the green beans thoroughly under cold running water and trim the ends.
- Peel the potatoes and dice them into bite-sized pieces.
- Mince the garlic cloves and finely chop the onion.
2. Sautéing the Aromatics:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the skillet, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
