250 g mascarpone
250 ml fresh cream
100 g sugar
200 g ladyfingers
1 pineapple (or 1 can of pineapple in syrup)
2 tablespoons rum (optional, to soak the ladyfingers)
Lemon juice (to prevent the pineapple from blackening, if you use fresh pineapple)
A little pineapple syrup (if you use canned pineapple)
