Mozzarella Sticks
Ingredients:
400 g mozzarella (preferably in blocks to cut into sticks)
2 eggs
100 g 00 flour
150 g breadcrumbs
50 g grated parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
Oil for frying (e.g. sunflower seed oil)
Instructions:
Prepare the mozzarella:
Cut the mozzarella into sticks about 1 cm thick and 7-8 cm long. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
