Prosciutto and Tomato Tart

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Spread the puff pastry in the previously buttered cake tin.

3. Cover the bottom of the pastry with tomato sauce.

4. Place the prosciutto on top.

5. Evenly distribute the green onion over the prosciutto.

6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the green onion.

7. Season with salt, black pepper and sweet paprika to taste.

8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.

9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before cutting and serving!
