Chipotle peppers are one of my favorite ingredients to add a little heat to the table, and flank steak is a go-to cut of meat for the slow cooker. When they come together in this recipe, it results in a spicy, melt-in-your-mouth meal that you won’t be able to stop eating. The beef becomes so tender, it practically falls apart, soaking up all the rich sauce. And if it’s a little too spicy for your taste, no worries! You can always adjust the heat to your liking.

Ingredients:
- 1 (3-pound) flank steak, scored
- 1 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
- 2 canned chipotle peppers, with 1 tablespoon of extra adobo sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
